"A Punching Trees" tip!

Tip OR Tale:
If you are playing Scorched Earth or plan to play scorched earth, Hit your M button to open up your map and write the best coordinates you can muster the minute you throw down a house to call your own so you can find it again. The reason being is that when you first arrive, the land all looks the same. This can make it incredibly easy to get lost and even easier to get killed trying to find your way back to your original pre bed phase. You die so much as a new survivor on this map, that I find it very important to get a bed made and your coordinates logged asap on scorched, and really any Ark map imo 😄

The beginning or the end? Ark RP Entry Esme

After I spotted the first set of "Bush People" last week off of our southern coast of the Island Paradise, I've been looking for their return. I believe the first batch were merely scouting because they are increasing in number every day. I had finished my latest trip to the red obelisk when I saw them approach the coast to my beloved castle home.

I will never forget the sound of a spear flying past my head nor the light breeze it emits as it misses your flesh. This is not to say that the Bush People are a bad aim, this is to speak to the fact they can launch a spear up a rock over cliff that as high as two stacked Bronto's! 

I spent the rest of the evening fortifying my castle home. It seems silly to care about it as this will be our last week in the island...but I can not bring myself to feel as though I've given in. 

The picture I have enclosed is one of the first battle rafts to make it to my coast and also the first if which I welcomed with a comforting glow of a rocket grenade. I hope they brought marshmallows!

Dear Islanders,

I write to you warning you of a great threat that has been spotted on the high sea far off of the coast of our south coast community center. I was out enjoying a nice fly and swim with Frank my Pelagornis when I noticed a swarm of his friends gathering in a large swirling mass of feathers and beaks quite far from home. I am a curious gal, so of-course Frank and I landed to recoup some of our energy before making the long flight out to see what all of the commotion was about. And there , before my generic Islander face.... was a fleet of bush people just like the ones that had brought war to our peaceful island home over a month ago!

I am unsure of their intent, but I can guarantee one thing, they do NOT come in peace. Luckily I was able to contact our old island pal Mr. Lee Harvey who over sees a safe island for us to take refuge and one that the Bush People can never ambush. It is a land mass called The Center. Mr. Lee Harvey has once lived on the Island as his permanent residence and knows how much each of us cherish our Island home and welcome us to make The Center our new home. It has been said that we are all welcomed to move our most favorite possessions to the center to rebuild and keep sanctuary to escape this onslaught. For those of you who do not wish to leave entirely without putting up a fight I welcome you to batten the hatches and build up your defense for I fear that whatever is left standing and left behind will be taken prisoner or killed by our enemy commonly known around these parts as "The Bush People"

For those of you craving an adventure? I welcome you to join my ranks and help us search far away lands to find us a new home to call our own to build up our army and to finally, one day smear the lands with the blood of the bush people!

I have a feeling this will be a great adventure only suitable for those who like to feel the wind at their back and fresh leather from their latest kill wrapped upon each of their feet.

We will need survivors of all types and experience levels to aid us in our goal, so please know that whatever level of experience you may have on the island, all of us will be starting at the same level once our feet hit the soil of each new place we seek to call our own in the name of each survivors past present and future....

Currently we have forces exploring a desert land filled with Wyverns and lizards covered in thorns.This exploration is being overseen by our very own Foe. Water is very scarce and there are rock men that plunge from the earth and smashing them into the ground. Although it has many amazing qualities, we are yet still unsure if the bush people reside there. I know my brother Bobbert lives there with some room mates and he writes to me weekly detailing hi adventures which for the most part recently has just involved planting trees...?

Please start making preparations to move to the center via the Colored Obelisks on the Island and upload your cargo and then once you are ready to make the move, head to the center to download and begin your new life.

I feel the arrival of the bush people is imminent. if I had to gauge the situation, I would say their arrival is only a week out . By the looks of it, they are gathering their forces and I expect them at our shores no later than the 26th of this September.

I will write to you again once I have something more to tell you...
